From October 29 to November 2, 2025, in Niamey
Kiary Enterprises proudly participated in the 1st edition of the ARCHIMAT 2025 fair, held at the Mahatma Gandhi International Conference Center (CICMG) in Niamey, under the theme: “Architecture and Construction Sovereignty: Towards an Innovative Construction Sector for Sustainable and Inclusive Development.”

Why this fair?
The event aimed to bring together architects, engineers, urban planners, companies, public institutions, artisans, and young professionals to reflect and act on:
- The growing urbanization and development challenges in Niger;
- The promotion of local materials, technological innovation, and construction sovereignty in the building sector;
- The sharing of skills, employment opportunities, and the development of more modern, resilient cities that respect African architectural identity.
For us, as a key player in construction in Niger, it was an ideal opportunity to:
- Showcase our past and ongoing projects in Niamey, Tillabéry, and other regions;
- Exchange with other professionals and institutions about innovations in the sector;
- Highlight our working method combining customized consultation, collaborative approach, and controlled execution.

Our Booth, Commitments & Innovations
During the exhibition, Kiary Enterprises hosted a presentation stand featuring:
- Highlighting our major projects in Niger: housing, infrastructures, and school/community facilities;
- Presentation of ongoing projects demonstrating our commitment to training, local entrepreneurship, the environment, and sustainable construction;
- 3D printing demonstrations: building models, construction objects (modular elements, prototypes), showing how technology can enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation in our processes;
- Active participation in panels and discussions: not only as an exhibitor but also as a speaker, sharing our vision of sustainable construction in Niger, field experience, and challenges.
What we take away from ARCHIMAT 2025
- An excellent platform for exchanges between professionals, youth, institutions, and companies, opening concrete prospects for the sector.
- A strong signal from the state: the official launch took place on October 29 in Niamey, with an opening ceremony attended by the Prime Minister (represented), the Minister of Urban Planning and Housing, and several other government members.
- Observation: the construction sector in Niger faces challenges (materials, technical capacities, infrastructure) but also significant opportunities for innovation and employment.
What's next ?
Thank You !
